Refund policy

We get it—sometimes things just aren’t quite right, and that’s totally okay. At Maison Quin, we want to make returns and exchanges as effortless as possible. Here’s how to make it happen:

Need to Return Something?
You’ve got 30 days from the day your fabulous items arrive to let us know if something’s not working for you. To kick off the return process, simply drop us a line at support@maisonquin.com to request our return form and the return address. Once you’ve got that info, pack up your unused, unworn, and tag-intact items, and ship them back to us.

A quick note: the cost of return shipping, it’s on you. (We hope you understand!)

Refunds, Darling
Once your return hits our doorstep, we’ll get to work processing your refund. This can take up to 10 days, but we’ll always do our best to get it sorted sooner. No restocking fees here—we like to keep things simple.

Exchanges? We’ve Got You!
Want to swap something for a different size or color? No worries! Shoot us an email at support@maisonquin.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange. We’ll help you out with all the details and get your new item on its way to you!

Received Damaged or Incorrect Goods?
Oh no! If your order shows up with a flaw or we accidentally sent the wrong item, we’re ready to make it right. Email us at support@maisonquin.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out faster than you can say “fashion fix!”

Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel an order, it’s only possible before we ship it out. Send an email to support@maisonquin.com ASAP, and we’ll do our best to hit pause on your order. Once it’s shipped, we’ll need to follow the regular return process.
