Order Cutoff Time
Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll make sure it gets processed the very same day. Any orders placed after that will be handled the next business day—don’t worry, your fab finds will still be on the way!

Processing Time
We take 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prep your items for their stylish journey to you. Think of it as us giving your new accessories some extra love before they head out.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, expect your package to arrive in 4-7 working days (Monday to Friday). It’s free shipping, always—because who doesn’t love that?

Damaged or Wrong Orders?
Oops! If your order arrives damaged or if we accidentally sent the wrong item (we’re only human, after all), we’re here to make it right. Snap a pic of the issue and email us at support@maisonquin.com. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “fashion emergency!”

Order Delays

Order Cancellations
